Hubby reattached the top to the base.
I found my stash of burlap and covered the entire bench. I used hubby's drill to drill the holes and added all the upholstery tacks. I love using power tools. I'm very happy with how it turned out.
I'm undecided if I want to stencil some letters on the top. The stencils that I have are too big so I will have to buy new smaller ones. For now I'm just going to leave it like it is.
